November 15, 2023

Biomed scan rezultate rmn owner Gabriel Valet has developed his company into one of the leaders in Romania’s medical imaging market. But he still faces a key challenge: finding enough specialists in the country’s underfinanced public healthcare system. To address this, he has formed a strategic partnership with Siemens Healthineers, the company that produces the machines his clinic uses.

The two companies share their plans, needs, and expectations, ensuring that Valet’s machines are running at peak performance. This helps him attract patients, who in turn help the company’s bottom line. Valet also plans to start a campaign to raise awareness about the importance of early prevention in the case of heart diseases, which he says are responsible for more than 60% of deaths in Romania.

Transformative Technology: Biomed Scan Clinic Redefining Healthcare in Romania

Valet’s experience shows that a strong team is more important than expensive equipment. The specialized staff he has assembled at his location in Strada Racari is friendly and professional, which contributes to the positive experience clients have at his clinic.

Affidea Romania, the largest player on the Romanian market of medical imaging, outpatient and treatment services, has bought Biomed Scan’s two medical centers in Bucharest. The deal was negotiated by Affidea’s local office, with the assistance of the DLA Piper tax department, in collaboration with TS Partners. The acquisition is in accordance with Affidea’s strategy of expanding its presence on the Romanian healthcare market and expanding its service portfolio to include outpatient treatments. The transaction is subject to approval by the Antitrust Authority and the National Securities Commission, which is expected within a few weeks.
